FAQ's

1. How long with it take to get my order? 

Orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out. Shipping is the charge for dresslychic.com order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling.  Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipments go out M-F, we do not ship on Saturday & Sunday.

2. How do I start a return?

3. Do you have a size chart?

Since we are an online boutique selling products from over 100 different vendors it is difficult to provide an exact size chart for each item. Please refer to the description of each style for how it runs (ex: True to size, oversized, for my taller babes, for my smaller chested babes etc.)

4. Can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping information. This email will include a tracking number and link, allowing you to see your delivery status and estimated arrival time.

5. Can I change my order?

You can always make changes before checking out—simply go to your shopping bag to add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact us, and we will do our best to adjust your order before it ships.

6. My address is incorrect in the order confirmation—what can I do?
